Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Canadian dollar represents the full price of the product alone, shipping charges are separate, unless specified otherwise.
With respect to items sold on shivaattire.ca, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Canadian Dollars which you can view in your preferred currency using the currency converter link. This currency converter is only indicative and a value added tool. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
Shipping
All of shiva attire orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in FORT ST. JOHN, BC, CANADA to your provided shipping address via Canada post, UPS or any other shipping company. Processing the order normally takes 3 working days and then Shipping can take two weeks or more depending on location, but it may take more time. If you want urgent delivery, you will have to contact us.
Shipping destinations offered by shivaattire.ca for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
UPS will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility if provided. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call UPS Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
Exchanges, Returns And Refunds

Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
As our dresses are ready to wear if you order a different size, the embroidery, hand work, mirror work and other work on fabric may be destroyed while customize your, size of alteration, therefore ordering a different size is the sole discretion of the customer.
Simply disliking of any purchase should not be sole reason for return we are not able to attend your this choice.
Product Properties And Wash Care
All of shivaattire’s products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres and artificial material. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Colours:
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Reds and blues tend to run. we recommend all embroiled attires must be dry cleaned to avoid any damages

Return & Exchanges
All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handloom, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website (www. shivaattire.ca ) and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.
Shivaattire reserves the right to cancel or decline the return/replace as to the nature of the product.
Jewelry
Exchange of item(s) purchased from this exclusion list are considered for exchange within 5 days of purchase only if there is a manufacturing defect or item(s) received is different from its description.
You can e-mail us at contact@shivaattire.ca within 10 days from the date of delivery to book an exchange/ return/ refund request.
In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged/ missing or has any manufacturing defect, please inform the Customer Care or e-mail us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange/ Return of item(s) (as mentioned above) is subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:
The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with barcode and MRP Tags intact.
Shivaattire.ca reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage.
Claiming Refunds
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or PayPal Transactions:
As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
Refunds will not be applicable incase a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
No Refunds Will Be Given In Case If:
Incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
Package refused by recipient.
